I'm 163cm and usually wear a size M, and I got the M this time.
I don't need a separate bra and shapewear, this one piece covers everything, which is so convenient.
It smooths the body line so my silhouette looks cleaner under outerwear.
Even with the shaping, it isn't stuffy after a full day of activity.
The fabric feels soft and warm on the skin, so I think I'll wear it a lot.

身高大約165公分，平常穿S、M號，穿起來還不錯！ 本來不知道它有塑身效果才買的，結果真的很滿意。 首先，原本要內衣加發熱衣兩件一起穿的麻煩，一件就解決了，而且還有塑身功能，一件搞定真的很方便！ 而且買之前還擔心會不會太悶，結果因為不會太厚，完全沒有那種感覺。 另外，穿上去確實有修飾贅肉的感覺， 但完全不會有壓迫身體、不舒服的感覺， 感覺可以穿很長時間，這點我很喜歡！ 米色的顏色也跟膚色很搭，推薦大家。
