I ordered underwear from Verish Global Mall on September 29, 2025 (Order #18565). The website gave no warning about such long shipping times. After a week with no delivery, I started emailing customer service on October 14 to request an update or a refund since I needed the items urgently. Over the next two weeks I sent 7–8 emails (had to resend some because they didn’t reply). Responses were slow, generic, and did not resolve anything. UPS kept sending daily emails with new “delivery” schedules that changed every day. The merchant eventually stopped replying to my last two emails. Because I couldn’t wait, I bought replacements elsewhere. The order only arrived on October 31 — over a month late — and Verish Global never issued a refund or apology. I’m filing a dispute with my card company and reporting this to consumer protection. Do not trust their shipping timeline.

I've been on the hunt for comfortable underwear. This brand kept popping up on social media. I thought there would be no harm in trying.

I'm considered to be a petite person at 5' 1" and about 116 lbs. I'm a XS in tops and wear size 26 in pants. I ordered my reg size S, in this underwear, and I have to tell you, it feels like it's 2 sizes too small. A size L would probably be sufficient for me. Unfortunately these undergarments are made for small people. Could've been comfy had they fit. :(
