Shipping Policy

Notice 

  • International shipping cannot change the receiving address once the order status has been updated to "Fulfilled.", so please make sure to double check that the information has been filled out correctly before payment.
  • The recipient must include their full name, address, and contact information. If the entry is incomplete, it is possible that the package will not be delivered smoothly or will not be able to receive it.
  • To ensure faster and more accurate delivery, please enter the shipping address in English when placing your order.
  • If the package is not delivered successfully due to incorrect recipient information after shipment, the returned order will be refunded after deducting the actual round-trip shipping cost, customs duties, logistics storage, etc.

I have an issue with my order

If you encounter issues with your order, here’s how we can assist:
  • To report missing items, please contact customer service using the methods listed at the bottom of this page.
  • To report damages or defects, use the contact methods listed at the bottom of this page.
  • If you need to modify or cancel an order, refer to the section below.

I want to modify or cancel my order

Once an order is submitted, it moves quickly into processing and shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes after this stage. This includes:
  • Canceling an order or specific items within the order
  • Changing item sizes, colors, or adding/removing items
  • Changing billing/shipping addresses or payment methods
  • Adjusting the shipping method

Tracking My Order

If you have an account, visit your order history to track your order. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 10AM (KST) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends will be processed the following business day.
Note: During promotional events (e.g., Black Friday/Year-end promotion) or holidays, additional processing time of 1-2 business days may apply due to high order volumes.


Shipping

We offer International Shipping within 7-10 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Taxes & Duties

  • Taxes and duties are calculated automatically at checkout for eligible locations.
  • For most destinations, DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) is the default shipping method

Redirecting Orders

Once an international shipment is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.
