Returns & Exchange
Want to Return Your Item?
Currently, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect sizing. Refunds are only processed for defective or damaged products.
📌 Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
How to Start Your Return
Return Guidelines
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Slight imperfections such as small stains or minor color variations do not qualify as defects.
- Shipping Fees for Returns: For international orders, round-trip shipping costs may be deducted from the refund if applicable.
How to Request a Refund for a Defective Item

Send an email to verish.globalmall@deep-dive.kr with the following:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos showing the defect (front & back)
- Brief description of the issue
- Our team will review your request and confirm whether a refund is approved.
- Further steps will be informed via e-mail.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued only after approval and may take up to 10-30 business days depending on the payment method.
- If the original payment method is unavailable, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges for any orders, including cases of incorrect sizing.
- If you need a different size, please place a new order.
